Question: I cant get no sleeep!. =[!?
i cant get no sleep recentlyy!.!. for the past 3 days i havent been able 2 get to sleep and when i do its 3!.30- 4!.30 in the morning and i have to get up the next day at about 7!.!.!. hmm!.!. what normally works when u cant sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, Are you tired all day!? If you're working all day and still can't sleep at night, there's something wrong!.

Avoid sleeping during the day!. Day napping can affect your sleeping habits at night!.

Rise early in the morning, oversleeping in the morning will have an effect in you in the evening!.

At night, avoid drinking caffeinated drinks like coffee and soda before you go to sleep!.

Check your bedsheets, is it clean and fresh smelling!?
How about your pillows!? Are they still plump and comfortable!? No trench in the middle!? Sometimes, bad pillows can give you sleepless night!.

Do you wear comfortable clothes!?

Are you stressed all day!? Get a book and read just before you goto sleep,!. sometimes this helps!.

Please, use your bedroom for its purpose only, which is sleeping!. If you use your bedroom as work room or watch tv while lying in bed, this will ahve an effect in your body rhytmn!. If you use your bedroom for slepping only, your body will immediately go to sleep mode when you enter your room!. Sound easy!? Nope, you have to be patient!.

Who needs sleep when you can communicate with so many humans from all over the world about different topics!?

We talk about our dogs, we talk about food, we talk about relationships, we talk about insomnia!. Where else can we do that!? Go answer a couple of questions until you're tired then drink some warm milk!. I find writing to be very relaxing!.

Go to bed!. Close your eyes and pretend to be in paradise!. Soon you'll start to sleep like a babe!.

Have a warm relaxing bath before you go to bed and maybe listen to some relaxation music!. You could also try putting a few drops of lavender oil on your pillows too, it helps me!. If things get really bad go to the doctors and get some temporary sleep medication!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a shower!.!.!. watch a movie!.!.!. make ur room cold!.!.!. drink alot of water!.!.!. the room has to be dark!.!.!. dream of somthing u like!.!.!. forget enything thats on ur mind!.!.!. its like it will be ur last night sleeping!.!.!. ur gonna sleep forever!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
