Muscle pains.. please help...?!


Question: Muscle pains!.!. please help!.!.!.!?
ok, yesterday, i was doing some practising on Parkour 4 the FIRST TIME!! parkour is a sport!.!. and i accidently skipped alot of moves, bcos i didnt know what order 2 learn them in!.!.!. and now my thighs hurt, i might of pulled a muscle in both thighs!.!. i dont know!.!. if feels like pulled muscles!.!. and i want 2 start from the very beginning of Parkour 2moro, and i cant hav pains!.!.!. how can i get rid of the pain by 2moro!?!?!? anything!?!?!? and it also hurts pretty bad!.!.!. i cant run or anything!.!.!. You need to stretch before you do something like that! Stretch, kid, stretch! :)
