Is there a way?!


Question: Is there a way!?
Is there any way for me to work on my flexibility without feeling like i'm tearing me muscles away from my bones!?

I am 31 and have never really worked on my flexibility at all (not that it's been an issue) But I have never been able to even sit true indian style legs folded knees on the floor it's more like legs folded looking like a butterfly about to take off!. What are some good methods for me to try to gain more flexibility I am just starting to workout again and willing to try almost anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well good sir!.!.!.!.im a heavy set kid!.!.!.i can do the splits both ways!.!.!.!.as a pretty limber person, i'd recomend for the legs, start out with lunges and squats!. Place hands on top of head and lunge forward on on knee to stretch the hamstrings!. For arm flexibility and stability prolly recomend light dumbells!. or quick barhangs!. Maybe amedicine ball!.!.!.also for hips!.!.!.!.sit on your ****, toss ball up a little bit, catch then swivel the ball to your right and your legs left, then ball left legs right!. very good hip exercise indeed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I am no speacilist!. But maybe you could run/jog or work-out on a treadmill for your legs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
