More than likely the chair you are sitting in has been set for someone else!. The feet should be flat on the floor with the knees at 90 degrees!. The hips should be a little lower than the knees!. There should be arms on the side of the chair and most of all it should support your lower back!. Now if the chair is not fit this way it could mean that you are sitting on the nerves which run down the legs!. Putting pressure on them causes the sensation of pins and needles!. Standing up and moving around takes the pressure of the nerves and allows them to return to normal!. At least once an hour get up and walk around for a few minutes!. Get to a yoga or Pilate's class and that should help you with posture, muscular balance, and flexibility!. All of those items are very important in your everyday life and sitting most of the day does nothing to promote good posture or to maintain strength!. If the symptoms continue after trying a few things then go see your family doctor!. If the chair cannot be altered then put at least one foot on a small tool!. Take a small hand towel and roll it u[ and place it in the small of your back!. This will help to maintain a normal curve in the lower back!. The towel can be moved according to your preference!. Good luck in working this out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is through lack of circulation!. You need to move around more!. I understand you have a desk job, but get up from your desk and move around the office for a couple of minutes at least every hour and stretch at lunch time and before you start work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

poor blood flow, try curling your toes once in a while to increase circulation of blood to you feet and legs or get up and walk it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
