Question: I just had surgery on my acl, I need advice!.!?
So I recently tore my acl during a soccer game during the club season!. By the time I had my surgery it was 5 months until the high school season started!. I'm the best returning player and it will be my senior season, so it's really important to me!. I was just wondering if any of you know of someone who has successfully completed physical therapy in less than 6 months!? And is it more likely for my to tear my acl again in the same knee!?

ME! i was in that exact situation!. i tore my acl in a soccer game in the beginning of last summer then got surgery!. I had an amazing surgeon and i swear thats why i recovered so fast but I was def 100% after 5 months!. But during those five months I worked my butt off for hours a day!.
