Question: Is this really dangerous!.!.!.HELP PLEASE!.!.!.!?
I just took 4 Nuropen Plus Pills because i have a really bad headache!.I did'nt relaise that i was only supposed to take 2 and now i'm freaking out!.Is it dangerous!?! will anything bad happen to me!?

From what I remember of Nurofen Plus, they have Ibuprofen and Codeine in each tablet with a little caffeine to make you feel better!.
You should take no more than 8 200mg Nurofen tablets in any day (24 hours)!. You took 4 at once and this will not do you any harm!. You should follow the instructions though!. They are there to help you!. If your headache is really bad you can take paracetomol along with the Ibuprofen!. ie 2 Nurofen and 2 paracetomol!. Should be better than 4 of any one type of painkiller!.
Do read the instructions and remember that some Cold and Flu type remedies contain more than one type of painkiller and not counting these can lead to accidental overdose!.
