I also have this problem!. There is a medication for it called Requip!. It works, but has some side effects!. I have found the best thing to do is to avoid colas, tea or coffee after noon!. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated with water!. The caffeine seems to affect this condition for some reason!. If you decide you need medication to sleep, you can get your reg!. dr!. to prescribe it!. Don't waste your money on going to a neurologist!. Sitting in a hot tub of water before bedtime, and massaging your legs seems to relieve the condition somewhat!. If you go to a gym, use the bicycle!. Leg exercises are helpful!. Don't sleep under a lot of cover, and try to sleep on your side if possible!. Hope these suggestions help you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is called Restless Leg Syndrome and it's a very real thing!. I have it something awful!. There is medication for it, but it apparently causes stomach distress, and the condition itself isn't serious, so you shouldn't take the meds unless you can't sleep b/c of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like restless leg syndrome!. I have this!.

Try to avoid sugary drinks and alcohol before you got to bed!. Also if you sleep on your side, place a pillow between your knees as this releases the pressure!.

Make sure that you're not too hot in bed ie too many blankets or duvet not too hot

Good Luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com
