Question: Anyone ever heard of this odd issue!?
My girlfriend wakes up and complains that she has slept w/ her ear folded over and is sore all day as a result!. I never have heard of anyone who has done this!. She has normal size ears!. Anyone else heard of this or have the same issue!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens to me occassionally although it won't hurt all day!.
If its enough of a problem to her to motivate her to do this, she might consult a cosmetic surgeon to see if there is a change he could make so it wouldn't hurt her!. When I was younger, my relatives that I lived with for a time tried to convince me to allow a surgeon to lay my ears a little flatter against my head for esthetic reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
