Question: I get these weird feelings in my arms and legs mostly at night!?
its really hard to describe!. its like my body doesnt want them to stay still!. wen i keep them still i get like a tingle very annoying but when i move them its ok until i keep still again!. its been happening years now but has recently been happening alot!. it keeps me up half the night, whicj isnt good as i have a 7 month old that likes to get me up at 7am!. please if anyone knows what it could be! thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
