Ligament pain?!


Question: Ligament pain!?
hey im 17 almost 18 and have started a wieght rotine, i do then every day but i work different mucles each day and every 3rd day im back to the first ones, i seem to have pain in my elbows when doing bench press and it seems to be affecting me more than the wight its self as i can lift the wieght but my elbows cant!. what do i do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you work out - make sure to stretch especially your shoulder, chest, arm, elbow, and your wrist!.

Whenever I do bench press - I wear an elbow brace on my forearm, and it really helps me push better!.
