Answers:
try arnica cream - you can get it from boots!. its for bruising but i found it helped with swelling too, id a scooter accident and my leg completly blew up and was black from knee to thigh - sorry to tell you the details lol but it defo worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

arnica is a natural remedy and really does work! you can buy it in little dissolvable tablets and cream/gel!. The gel works faster than the cream!.

Its made from plant extracts and is effective on any kind of bump, bruise or swelling!.
Strongly recommend itWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you take some anti-inflammatory then it will go down a bit(ex!. tylenol i think) but it just going to be a good shiner on your face for a while just keep icing it, and no heat because it already inflamed you don't want to make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ow!

More ice, 15 minutes on and 15 off!. That will reduce swelling tremendously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't use heat!. The damaged soft tissue will be inflamed and healing will take its own timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
