try arnica cream - you can get it from boots!. its for bruising but i found it helped with swelling too, id a scooter accident and my leg completly blew up and was black from knee to thigh - sorry to tell you the details lol but it defo worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you take some anti-inflammatory then it will go down a bit(ex!. tylenol i think) but it just going to be a good shiner on your face for a while just keep icing it, and no heat because it already inflamed you don't want to make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
