Question: What is the easyest way to fall asleep!.Or something that makes you fall asleep!.Not pills!!!!!!?

-daydream
-hug something soft like a pillow
-listen to some type of soft music
- turn the lights off
-don't try to hard!.
- drinking milk; actually does work
- do something that will make you tired
- watch tv for like half an hour then try again
- think about what ifs (it gets me tired)

there are a few things to consider when falling asleep

1!. your body clock - at what time do you usually go to sleep!? you have to condition yourself to sleep at a certain time that your body works with you

2!. what you ate and the time you last ate - was it full of sweets that all the energy are still there to burn!? make sure you have at least 4 hours in between meals and sleep time, or you can opt for a lighter meal with less sugar

3!. problems - do you have a deadline to meet!? or an unfinished homework or perhaps a speech!? the thought not being able to do this or the excitement of doing it stimultates the mind, therefore it cannot sleep!. try to resolve the issues so that your mind will not unconsciously think about it

4!. environment - is it too cold or too hot!? is it noisy!? is your bed too stiff or too soft!? you have to be comfortable in the place you are in for you to get that much need sleep!.

adjust to these factors and sooner or later you will get that elusive zzzzs!.

The best advcie is the hardest!. My problem was stressing about sleep which made me lose more!. Try doing things to calm you down at night!. Keeping your mind highly stimulated can cause problems too, so turn the t!.v!. off! Try to eliminate things like soda (if you drink it) a few hours before bedtime!. You may just have to experiment with different options until you find the one to work for you!. We are all different!.!.!. a warm bath and some herbal tea work for me!. i turn on my fan!.
i have a nice big cold glass of water with ice!.
sometimes i listen to a few soothing songs (this works best)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try warm milk
or hot chocolate
