Pain in lower left side and back.?!

If your back hurts right under and/or behind the rib cage it could be your kidney!. Kidneys can be infected or have some sort of damage!. Also since you have pain in the front, it may be your bladder!. One doesn't have to have burning while going to have an infection!. Good luck and I'd at least see your gyn dr!. so he can tell you if he thinks it's your ovaries or your kidney!. If it's a kidney he can referr you to a urologist!. Good luck and feel better!. Oh one more thing, some women can have a tubal pregnancy and if that's the case, they need to have the tube removed!. I'd say the gyn dr!. is the best way to go!. Call the office and if they say there isn't an opening for a long time ask to speak with the nurse!. If they can't get you in, at least see your primary dr!. Is your left lower side pain in the front!.!.!.like by your hip bone!? If so, it's probably an ovarian cyst which can also cause back pain!. An ovarian cyst is quite common and nothing to really be concerned about!. Go to your gyno for an ultrasound to confirm!. The doc will tell you what you need to do which will probably be to wait it out and see if it shrinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
