Question: Any MD's or people who are know about lower back problems!?
I hurt my lower back liftin alot of heavy stuff its been hurting for almost 3years i had some xrays takin and nothing should up, i dont know whats wrong with my back, it hurts every day and somtimes it feels like my back gets stiff and its very painfull to walk or sit, if anyone knows what could be wrong with my back please let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

one thing it could be is a disc protrusion however it is a long shot cause conditions like this tend to clear up in maximum a year or two with proper care, however as the condition is undiagnosed and your are lifting\sitting often with pain it is possible that it could be recurring!.
Firstly a little test on your back lift each leg up individually, if its a stretching pain this condition is unlikely, however if one side is limited compared to the other its likely to be a minor disc protrusion with minor sciatica effects centralised in the lower back!.
My suggestion is see a GP specialising that specialises in sport injuries he will be able to enlighten you as to if this is the case and help u with managment of the pain and options to help!. If the condition mentioned is the case it is likely that light physical therepy will help, however he may recommend cortisone injections\surgury if the condition worsens however at this stage they are both unlikely considering you are still able to sit and have reflex in your foot!.
