Muscle Pain help!!?!


Question: Muscle Pain help!!!?
ok, a few days ago, i was practicing Parkour 4 the 1st time, and i forgot 2 stretch, after i did it, my legs started 2 hurt!.!.!. and now it feels like i pulled a muscle in my thigh the muscle at the top hurts!.!.!. I'm not sure if it is a pulled muscle but something like it!.!. something 2 do with my muscle, if i start running it hurts when i sit down it hurts cos when ever i use the muscle it hurts a bit, if i use it more than a bit it really hurts, say if I'm sitting down and i get up it hurts a bit but not 2 bad!.!.!. how can i heal it in a few days!? any help, i cant spend money either, (but my mum gives me massages if that can help) so how can i heal it in a few days!? anything 2 do, or not 2 do!.!. Please Help!! i wana learn parkour again!.!.!. Thanks!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would try resting them for about a week, and give them a chance to heal!. you might get mom to use rubbing alcohol when she rubs you down!. soaking in a warm bath probably wouldn't hurt either!. not everything will heal in a couple of days!. be realistic about how long it may take for those muscles to start to feel better!. i would use them as little as possible!.
