HR can call your doctor (although it's a little unethical), but your doctor cannot or should not tell them anything without your permission!. To do so violates your HIPPA rights and that's a dangerous path for anyone in the medical field to do!. We're talking a couple of hundred thousand in fines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
