Question: I routinely sleep 9 - 10 hours at night!. I'm 29 years old!.!.!.!.what's wrong with me!?
This just isn't normal!. At my age I should be requiring less sleep than I did 10 years ago, not more!. So what the heck is wrong with me!? Why am I so sleepy I just drag it out to 9 or even 10 hours so often!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing is wrong with you! Sleep is something that is individual, some world leaders only need 3 hours of sleep a night, while other need 12!. Likewise some people need 6 hours, while others need 12 hours!. Sleep is as individual as the color of our hair, eyes, teeth and our personality!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
