Question: Will chemotharapy always make your hair fall out!?
i have heard of cases where people didn't lose all their hair !.it just thinned out!. does anyone know first hand about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well many times it does but your right in some cases it just thins it!. It depends on the length of time chemo must continue!. Also, the nature of the chemo (cause for it) In other words!. Some getting it for ovarian cancer dont lose their hair due to the type of chemo they receive!. I also learned that placing ice packs around the head during treatment helps!. My husband is on a chemotherapy agent called hydroxyurea!. Losing hair is NOT one of the side effects of this one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
