Meniscus tear...ouch!!?!
Question: Meniscus tear!.!.!.ouch!!!?
Okay, yesterday I have found out that I have a meniscus tear in my knee!. They told me to ice and that kind of stuff, but it dosen't seem to be working!. Please help with this!. This pain is bad!. I'll also need to know how to work out the pain after the surgery to repair this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use tiger balm, rub it around the area where it hurts!. it is like icy-hot, but natural and actually works!. i recommend it for my patients at kaiser!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
