Well first of all if the stinger is still in there your gonna have to take it out!. then just treat it like a regular puncture, by cleaning the area daily, with anti-bacterial soap and water, and then putting antabiotic ointment on it covered with a bandage!. its going to be swollen, red and soar for a while but if it looks like the wound its getting worse see your doctor asapWww@Answer-Health@Com
I didn't know caterpillars could sting haha!. They have insect sting relief towlettes!. You should buy some and rub it with that!. They work miracles if its an itchy sting or if its painful like a bee!. You should keep it in a band-aid after that and make sure it doesn't get infected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
