Question: Lots of pain !?! :[!?
I had my first tumbling practice with Kats AllStars Cheerleading on wed!. Now I'm in alot of pain from the long workout!. I'm feeling the pain in my hips, back, legs, shoulders, arms, and my abs!. How do I ease the pain !?! !.!.!. i've taken 7 pain killers in the past 3 hours !.!.!. it helps nothing !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heating cream/patches, hot towels or a heating pad!. NO ICE!. Ice makes sore muscles worse by tightening them, you need to soothe and loosen them by using heat!. Hot showers help!. If you use a heating pad, use it for 20 minutes at a time, and 20 minutes off!.
Oh and take it easy on the pain killers!. The more you take the more your body gets used to them and the more dangerous/less effective they become!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Icy Hot makes a clear gel with a sponge applicator so you don't even have to touch it!. your muscles are sore!. it will get better the more you tumble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
