My back has just seized up?!
Question: My back has just seized up!?
I've been sitting here for the last 10 minutes sitting straight and all of a sudden I got an awful pain in my lower back!. I'm 15 but I have quite weak bones!.
This is an awful pain and i'm finding it increidbly difficult to move!.
It's currently midnight and there's no real chance of getting to a hospital/doctors by next monday!.

Most likely an infection in the blood and the spleen has just loaded up with red cells as you were resting!. Use vitamin C to fight the virus in the blood and a heating pad to keep the red cells moving all day!. One aspirin per day will loosen the blood cells by more circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
