Why cant i swalllow pills?!
Question: Why cant i swalllow pills!?
ive tried to swallow pills, but they never go down and iend up choking on them and spitting them out!. why cant i just swallow them!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have a hard time swallowing pills too, until I needed some allergy pills that were really small!. Here's some tips on how to do it!.
1!. Put the pill in your mouth!.
2!. Sip a good amount of water but don't swallow the water!.
3!. Make sure the pill is floating around freely in the water, so it's not stuck to your mouth or tongue, and so that you can't feel it that well!.
4!. Start drinking lots of water!. Drink like you would at on a hot day at water fountain: Gulp lots of water at a time and keep your throat open and relaxed!. That way, when you swallow the pill, you won't even feel it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive found one thing helps me - whole milk!. i had these horse pills to swallow for some weird skin infection i got!. i had to cut them into 8 pieces to i could swallow them with water!.!.!.
then one day i wasnt in the mood for water since i just had cereal, os decided to try it with milk!. its completely differnet!!
the pill slides down your throat easily since the milk coats your throat with its own stuff!.!.
now isntead of cuttin the pills in 8ths i can swallow halves!. the pills were about 1!.5 inches long so you can imagine =]]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem!. I just don't get it!. It usually helps me when I drink water first just to "loosen" my tongue up, I guess (that sounds really weird but I'm sure since you have the same problem you might kind of know what I'm talking about)!.

Think about the size of the food that you swallow!. Pop the pill in your mouth and take a big gulp of water and just swallow not thinking about the pill!. Try itWww@Answer-Health@Com
i neve had a problem because i put the pill on my tounge!. got some water then swallowed it and i just think that im swallowing water only!. or pretend its food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately its a problem that many people have maybe cutting them in half if they have a line in the middle or taking them with more water are some suggestionsWww@Answer-Health@Com
