Question: I need a way out!?
I have gym on monday and where not doing anything important!. And i don't want to do gym because i twised my ankel and it has been swelling a little!. my mom said she might write me a note if she doesn't what can i do to get out of gym!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would fake the injury!.!.!.i've done it before, it works brilliantly!.!.!.think about it, what teacher is cruel enough to send u out there after a pretty convincing fall and when you show your pain!.!.!.even if ur teacher is that cruel im sure he/she wants his job enough to send u to get it iced!.!.!.u'll spend the period with ice rather than the potential chance of reaggravating it!.!. make sure you're fall is convincing, and that you favor the side that's not hurt so you have a little limp!.!.!.not like a huge limp but just enough to be noticedWww@Answer-Health@Com

put some gingin or jingin violet on your ancle - show it to your mom and ask mom for permission not to do gym till your ancle gets better!. the gingin violet will come off in a week or two!. It leaves a deep blue stain!. If the ancle is swelling I would stay off it too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your ankle is swelling, you really shouldn't be exercising on it anyway!. Your mother or your gym teacher should know this anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget your sports kit!.
Exaggerate the pain!.
Fake twisting your ankle infron of your teacher and show them the swelling!.
