i broke my wrist 6 mouthns ago and i feel that it is really weak how can i strethen it up!. and there is somtimes pain where the round bone sticks out!. can you explain what i can doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try squeezing tennis balls or the hand grips!.Also 5 lb weights and try doing wrist curls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can get a soft ball and squeeze it when you're watching tv and things like that, or do simple exercises with light weights!. Broken bones tend to ache for some time even after they heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
