Why does my arm hurt?!
Question: Why does my arm hurt!?
I woke up two nights ago and my arm all of a sudden started hurting!. I don't know if I slept on it funny, or what happened!. The pain is located mostly around my elbow!. It hurts the most to fully extend my arm!. It feels similar to when I throw my neck out, where I get sudden rushes of terrible pain!. I also just started playing baseball and throwing again!. I've tried icing it and taking ibuprofen!. Can somebody tell me what might be wrong with my arm and what I can do to help it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have just overworked the muscles you haven't used in a while for throwing!. Ice for the first 24 hours, then moist heat!. Rest it for a day or two if you can!. An anti-inflammatory/pain reliever like Ibuprofen or Aleve will also help!. If it doesn't get any better after 3-4 days, you may want to consult a medical professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you have a bit of a problem i see!. I know for a fact you probably slept on it wrong!. It will be sore for a while!. Just dont take any meds for it!. It will will not hurt because it is a soreness not a pain!. Trust me you will be alright!. I hope my adive helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
