Lower left abdominal pain, very dull pain, increased when coughing.?!

Question: Lower left abdominal pain, very dull pain, increased when coughing!.!?
A few days ago I started feeling pain in the lower left abdomen area!. It isn't an intense pain but I fear it might increase or be some sort of infection!. I read on a few sights about diverticulitis but since I'm only 17 I high doubt that is the case!. I haven't had any injuries in a while!. I do how ever exercise, but nothing that would pull a muscle in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
