Sounds like a little "tennis elbow!."
It needs to be in a sling for perhaps a few weeks and not used!. You should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Iv'e had this problem, dont get worried, but I was out the whole baseball season!. Proper care from your doctor will heal it correctly!. It is in fact, "Tennis Elbow"!. Not very fun!. I do hope you get better!. Best Wishes, EddieWww@Answer-Health@Com
you probably pulled a muscle,tendon, or ligament!. Go easy on it for a while!.If its too much pain or too unuseable you might want to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
