No!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

Question: No!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Hey guys, this is more of a general opinion question!. Ok, here's the thing: yesterday, Saturday, I ran in a 5k to qualify for the first wave of the BolderBoulder even though I had a somewhat injured ankle!. Well, I really sucked up the race because my ankle hurt like hell around the second mile!. I really had to slow it down!. I only got around an 18 min 15 sec 5k (which still qualified me for the 1st wave)!. Now, I'm injured and on crutches!. I'm gonna go to the doctor on Tuesday!. So, please, give me some foresight, do you think that I will be well enough to run the 10k in 2 weeks!? Also, do you have any other tips or remedies besides "stay off of it" and "RICE it"!?

Any HELPFUL opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated!.

Thanks for your time!.

My guess would be no, you will not be well enough to run a 10k in 2 weeks!. You haven't said what exactly is wrong with your ankle though--sprained, torn tendon, pulled muscle--so I can't be sure!. Ask your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
