Aches and Tiredness?!
Question: Aches and Tiredness!?
I've been really achy all over, especially my back!.
This has been going on for a couple weeks now!.
I think it may be stress-related!.
Is there a way to ease the pain!?

It may not feel so wonderful at first!.!.!.yet the goal is the lasting affect!.
Lay on your stomach!. Bend your knees back!. Reach back, by arching that pained back, and hold your toes/ankles/feet!.
Do this repeatedly, holding the arch position for 30-60 seconds!.
This will enable your back to stretch, release, and as well help that tiredness turn into deep slumber so that when you wake up you will feel more energetic!.
*It's best to do this prior to your bedtime!.
*Suggestion: Do atleast 3, (best 5) in a row!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
