It takes a few weeks for the pain to lessen and even longer for them to fully heal!. You shouldn't be working, you could puncture your lung!. Be careful - they need time to heal or they could heal wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I Would say 3 to 5 weeks!. you can wrap a ace bandage or have someone wrap it around your ribs fairly tight, this gives them support, I wouldn't lift anything over 20 lbs, for at least 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
