My brother broke his nail today and has a race tmw, do you think he will be able to run!. Any advice to numb pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can cut the nail down as far as possible and then file the edges!. There is an inexpensive nail glue to help keep the nail from snagging the sock and ripping more!. There is also liquid bandaid which can be a big help!. I've used that as well!. Make sure the outer and upper parts of the nail are not digging into the skin > that will help get rid of some of the pressure pain!. Feel better, it's hard when each step can be that painful!.
