Low Back Problems!!!?!

Question: Low Back Problems!!!!?
I fell 20+ feet, eleven years ago!. At that time, MRI and x-rays revealed no breaks in any area of my back!.

However, over the years, I have noticed progression of pain in my low back and right hip and knees!. Also, the circulation in my legs and feet are worsening!. My arms fall asleep so easily, too, that I cannot sleep on my side at night anymore!.

I am in my early 30's and want to know if it will be wise to stop physical work with my body if I have any plans of being active and somewhat pain-free later in life!.

I had some more recent x-rays done last year and two vertebrae in my lower back are 80% compressed/crushed!.

Would surgery or disability be an option and how would I get that diagnosed!?

Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
if i were you i would seek at least 2 opinions, one from an orthopedic surgeon and one from a chiropractor!. often surgeons want to cut you open when the pain can be managed with routine adjustments, but it is always good to get both sides of the picture!. the fact that your condition seems degernerative should be motivation for you to get serious help before it gets dehabilitating!. both surgeons and chiropractors are used to dealing with workman's comp/disability insurance, so good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my father have the same problem as you!. he had 2 ops and doc recommend him to sleep on hard bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
