Question: With a sprained ankle, is it normal to have pain throughout my whole foot!?
Also, I have really sore muscles in that leg since the sprain happened!. Its been 5 days since my fall & I was starting to put a little weight on it because the Dr told me I could, but the bottom of my foot feels like I'm standing on thick hard padding!. Is that normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
