My nose won't stop bleeding?!
Question: My nose won't stop bleeding!?
i was hit in the face with a soccor ball flying the other day and my nose bled for a while but it keeps on constantly bleeding for 2 days!. My nose doesn't feel broken but it is very soar!. Could it possibly be a broken nose!? What can i do to stop the bleeding!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I broke my nose and did not know it for a week!.!.!. go to a doctor!. In the meantime to stop bleeding keep your chin up, look up at the ceiling for two minutes at a time!. don't load your nose with cotton or tissues it won't work!. If bleeding presists call 911 good luck pal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Resist all attempts to pick, or even blow it so you don't dislodge the scab!.
It's likely to need cauterising to stop the bleeding!. Go to see your doc!. It's not an emergency if you've lived with it for two days!. It could be broken, or the cartilage may just have been displaced!. Your doc will advise and, if necessary, make sure it's going to heal straight (unless you'd prefer a bent nose)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put an ice pack on your face!. Dont tilt you head backwards when trying to control the bleeding, it can cause blood clots in the brain!. (My best friend is a nurse)!.

you have to pinch the top of your nose so it clamps off the blood supply!. a broken blood vessel does require med care to cauterize it!. a x ray should be taken if your really concerned if its broke or notWww@Answer-Health@Com
lie down & keep still , put a cold compress on your nose , works well for my brother who have nosebleeds all the time!. if its been that long you should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
