Computer Headaches?!
Question: Computer Headaches!?
Why is it that i get really bad behind the eye, temple area head aches after a prolonged period of time working on the computer!?
These head aches actually sometimes make me want to throw up!.!.!. Could it be lack of sleep!? seeing as I get about 7hrs daily!.!.!. or is my screen too bright or maybe i need glasses!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your should rest your eyes more!. Take a break every 15 minutes to rest your eyes!. Also, every 5 minutes or so take your eyes off of the computer screen and focus on other objects in the room which also relieves strain that can build up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
