Severe sunburn?!
Question: Severe sunburn!?
I got a bad sunburn on my neck and shoulders!. This happened on Thursday!. It started peeling today, and now I have sores! I put aloe on it and lotion!. The lotion felt okay, but it still hurt so I put aloe on it!. It burned unlike anything I've ever felt before!. What can I do that won't cause even more damage!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is my second time answering your question for some strange reason they lost my answer, so I also lost 2 pnts!.!.!.!.!.!.However I was telling you that alot of lotions have alcohol in them which will burn your skin, so I would just try vaseline, but put your hair up first, and make sure its all away from the shoulder area, if you have to use one of those hair towels, or a shower cap to sleep in so not to get your hair greasy! Vaseline is so cheap for a big jar of it too!! I used to use it on my kids for cuts when they were small!. Now they'll just grab a cutip if we dont have any chapstick's in the house and apply this to their dry lips and within a couple of days their lips and mine are like silky smooth!! So, I swear by vaseline its just about the only ointment on the market that doesn't contain any extra additives, you know!. Safe and effective!! Then to help with the pain of the burn itself, get a mister bottle and fill it with some cool water and some vinegar, I've heard over and over again this helps with the peeling of the sun burn!.!.
