How long does it take for a small tear in the infraspinatus muscle of the rotato!

Question: How long does it take for a small tear in the infraspinatus muscle of the rotator cuff to heal!?
Answers:
The muscles around the shoulder are tricky because we tend to use them so much!. I would definitely see a physiotherapist to guide you through this, but muscles tend to heal faster than ligaments, so that's a good start!.

Healing depends on a lot of things, but particularly your health (sleeping, nutrition, water and general body functions), and how to use it (or don't use!)!.

Make sure you eat lots of proteins and try to generally eat as healthy as you can to supply the tissue with what it needs to rebuild!.

As for using it, this is the tricky part that a physio would be best to help you with!.!.!. there's a fine balance between avoiding using it while it's acute (still torn), and then using it when it's healed but weakened (when you'll want to strengthen it again)!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
