Question: Huge pain on my ankle!?

i fell on my ankle from running like 2 months ago!.
i havent visited the doctor evr since i sprained it!.
now it still hurts!

If it was sprained really badly it could remain painful for a long time!. Get an elastic ankle brace with stays on the sides!. It will suipport the tendons while they heal and help to stabilize so you don't sprain it again!. it was six months before mine felt anything like normal and a year before it felt completely stable,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
