Should i quit playin basketball??!


Question: Should i quit playin basketball!?!?
ive been injured a lot over the last 2-3 years!.!. i play a hard style play always diving for the ball an everything!.!. ive played through all kinds of injuries i was never that great but i played an pratice hard an in my senior year i was a good enough player for ppl to notice me!.!. i always played hard an wit all my engery but lately i find myslef playin at like 70% my body hasnt healed i think complety from all the sprain ankles my back my shoulder that i hurt cause a kid push me in mid air an i fell on it my knees burn after im done playin an my legs get cramps sumtimes i play through sprain ankles sore knees an even a bad shoulder but when i play an i force 100% ouuta my body its like the next 2-3 days i cant play cause im sore an there no engery what do u think should i quit or just not force my body to hard i knoe it can take it but it seems like its sumtimes just starts to stop and run off adrendline!. an after the game my whole body is in pain!.!.!. wat do u think!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Play less frequently, hold back a little more, stretch and warm up better, use ice and heat and strap weak joints before games!. Play moderatley so you can play for longer!.

If it still hurts after you've tried all that, stop!.There are other sports you can play that have less impact on your body!.

There is no point wearing your body out: you may have to live with those injuries for years and they could impact other parts of your life!.

When you injure yourself you need to let it heal!. Sprains can become major problems later on if you ignore them!. Look into some specific exercises to help stabilize any joints you've sprained and maybe get some treatment for your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
