Tired all the time!?!


Question: Tired all the time!!?
I feel tired all the time, i have at least 8hrs sleep on a night, aswell as having to take a nap when i finish work, i work for 8hrs, so normal day, dont have any stress really!. Not sure if its important but i dream alot and they are always vivid dreams!.!.!. any ideas!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Edit: sorry, i would have thought it was most common that your not getting enough exercise!.!.!. after reading your edit i think it would be best to consult your doctor, nothing to worry about, they will just be able to rule out or diagnose!. It could be that you have an intolerance, or your not getting enough of something!. Im sure your doctor would be a big help to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes, sleeping too much can make you tired, I know this sounds mad, but its true, its also a cause for your headaches, as sleeping in the same position all night can give you a bad posture, although it may be a good idea to run your problem past the Doctor, and they will test your blood count for any unusual signs, good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tiredness can be down to all kinds of things Steve!.
You get eight hours sleep,but is it quality unbroken
sleep !? maybe the bed is not right for you or the pillows!.
Tension could be a cause,food !? maybe!.
As others say iron deficient or low or high blood sugar could be a problem or you could be just worn out and badly need a holiday to recharge your batteries!.
But at the top of your list should be an M!.O!.T from the Doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

check to see if you have glandular fever!. it is very common and causes some of the symptoms you have listed!. check it up online and ask your doctor to give you blood tests!. another common cause of tiredness is in fact getting a lack of sunlight into your eyes!. make sure that you spend plenty time outside, this is why you should do exercise in the fresh air instead of the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the docs for an all over check up, could be something like thyroid or that's how Kylie foudn her cancer if you believe the papers, not that I'm suggesting anything like that here!.

Do more, exercise makes us more energetic than sitting around all day, also eat healthy foods - obviosuly we don't know if you alread ydo these things from your question so please don't be offended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get blood work!. You may be anemic which will cause you to be really really tired all the time!. Do you bruise easy!?!? ALso, try getting some multivitamins and taking them!. I would take them before you go to bed because they can make your nausiated in the morning!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have an unquenchable thirst at all
and are you passing more water than usual

these are 2 things that happened to me before I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic
as well as being permantly Knackered

please see your doctor as soon as possible

Get your blood sugar level tested!. Diebetes can often course tiredness so you better be safe then sorry!. But make that your first priority!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
