Question: Ive fractured my left patella (knee cap), when will I be able to play footie again!?
Fractured my left kneecap (horizontal fracture - 2 pieces) on 27 April and had op on 29 April to wire it together!. Just had my cast off but Ive got a splint on now and cant bend my knee for 4 weeks!. Anyone got any ideas how long it will take for me to fully recover!? (so I can play footie again!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Realistically you won't be match fit till the end of next season!. Follow the physios instructions and there is no reason you can't play again!.

Think positive, a fracture isn't as bad as a break and by the time you have done the swimming and weights the leg will be stronger than before!.
