Usually it is difficult to sleep if your mind is active!. A drink of warm milk before bed, or a relaxing bath can help!. Our try to relax your muscles one by one!. Start at your toes, tense then relax and gradually work up your body!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise daily which will help your sleeping habits!. Other ways are to listen to relaxing/sleepy music that will make you relax and drift to sleep!. You may also like sleeping with a stuffed toy (it may be childish, but it sometimes works!!! lol)!. i usually think of something ive seen today on tv, or planned with someone!. try not to think of anything u r anticipating !

dont drink coffee or redbull or eat apples or anything with caffeine close to bed time!.

i always get to sleep the best if i've worked out before!. like do a little cardio exercise, then take a nice relaxing hot shower to calm your heart down!. then just go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
