Answers:
its ok, just an imbalance in pressure between your inner, middle, and outer ear!. when you blew your nose, you actually blew air through your eustachian tube and inner ear!. just blow your nose gently to balance the air pressure!. if you popped your ear drum, you wouldnt be able to hear plus you would have blood in your ear canal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe some fluid got thru when you popped it!. It will just take some time to evaporate in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you poped your ear drum!. You may be having sinus problems, which can have a big effect on your ears!.

1) Pull the bottom of your earlobe and twist it both ways!.
2) Pull the bottom of your EAR, just above the earlobe and twist it back and forth too!.
3) Pinch your ear just inside the ear canal, with one finger on the face side and one just inside your ear!. Go up and down the opening and twist each section as you move!.
4) Put your first finger at the bottom of your ear, and your second finger at the top of the ear, you can feel your jaw move when you open and shut your mouth!. Massage that area too!.
5) Put the palm of your hand on top of your ear canal and press slowly a few times!. You can push quickly like a bellows and make your ear pop a little, but don't do it too strong!.

These all can help relieve pressure on your sinus!. and can also alter your hearing!.

Sounds like you may have a sinus infection; take an anti-histimine to help dry up your sinus, if you know what that means, and you have done so before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
