Question: What can i use to help my nose heal!?
i have used cocaine for 3 years on and off, i used to have huge binges then calmed down, this year i have done it a good few times but i know it is time to stop so from this dy forward i am seeking help and getting clean, my nose is not in to bad shape but i am noticing a thinnig of the septum and no its time to sort it out or risk severe damage, my question to you is in time will this heal as i have had mixed views and also what sort of nose spray could i buy to help moisturise and keep clean the nasal passages, possibly prevent growth!? i am in the UK so something from a shop like boots or holland and barretts would be great!. I am going to tackle this problem now so please no silly comments, i need your help!. Thank you xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am so PROUD of you and i know this will be one of the hardest journey's of your life!.You wont be able to beat this addiction without specialist help!.So do whatever you are advised,and when you feel like throwing in the towel[which you will feel like doing] Talk to someone and REMEMBER the damage this has already done to you!. AS for your nose,my petal, i would strongly advise you to seek specialist help,as anything you apply now could do more harm than good! Fixing the problems cocaine use causes in the body requires proper medical attention!. You can actually do more damage than good using over the counter medications!.
