Answers:
You suffered a grade 1 (mild) concussion and strained your neck muscles!. You headache should go away in the next 24 hrs but the neck pain will take 7-14 days to go away depending on how severe the strain was!. If your head symptoms dont improve some in the next 24 hrs or get worse you would be strongly advised to see a doctor!. To help your neck do some gentle stretching of the neck muscles and apply heat after 2 days since the injuryWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you go to your doctor or to an emergency department to have some examinations and xrays done!. I have seen cases where people fell and were able to move OK, but actually had unstable spinal fractures!. Front flips are especially dangerous since they can result in a landing which causes hyperextension of the neck (with the head being pushed backward)!. This kind of injury can result in paralysis!. Don't mess around!. You could have a serious injury!. Get it checked out ASAP! Good Luck!. Hopefully it is something that will heal quickly and completely!. You may be in a neck collar for awhile to protect your spine!.
A chiropractor is not advisable until you get the injury checked out, since they will probably do manipulation which may worsen the situation at this stage!. Competent chiropractors and massage therapists will not touch you until you have this checked out anyway!.
There may be a way to get some assistance to cover having this looked at!. Even in America there is some help available for people that have injuries without coverage!. I'd hate to see you have a permanent problem that could have been avoided!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have probably strained your neck muscles!. It is possible that you spine is out of alignment too!.
Go see a chiropractor and/or a massage therapist!. They should be able to help you!.
In the meantime, take some anti-inflammatory meds to reduce pain and swelling!. I would recommend Aspirin, Advil or Motrin!. Tylenol will not help and is really bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
