Pain in my neck and upper back what could it be?!

Question: Pain in my neck and upper back what could it be!?

when i play sports i get this pain that is in my chest and travels to my upper back and my neck what does this mean!? also now when i bring my arms up above my head my neck starts to hurt!. i have no clue what i did but it started when i was playing sports this weekend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
