1) If a penniless homeless person is rushed to the emergency room because he suffered a heart attack and is unable to pay the hospital afterwards, what can the hospital do to pursue its money!?
2) If he had to go to the hospital for a non-life threatening condition, could the hospital refuse treatment!?
