Knuckle cracking?!
Question: Knuckle cracking!?
So recently ive been cracking my knuckles (o whoa thats bad now we all know lets get that out of the way)!. Recently ive been trying to crack one finger but when I do it hurts!. is it arthritis!?
JUST when i started doing it!? Or did i do it to hard!?

That is the strangest thing, that happened to me last week! My ring finger on my right hand would not pop no matter how hard I tried! Then a few days later, it finally did again, but it feels really tight and it kinda' aches!. Not sure what is wrong with it, it may be a calcium build up in the knuckle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i crack my fingers all the time!. but sometimes i try to do it toit to one of my fingers and it hurts, the pain only lasts a few seconds so i dont think its arthritis but you should talk to a doctor if the pain doesnt leave!. you could have cracked it to hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cracking knuckles actually isnt bad for you and doesnt cause arthritis or whatever!.!. its just a mythWww@Answer-Health@Com
you could have damaged this tendandt thing in your finger or something!.!.!. but it wouldnt be anythign serious!.!.!.!. maybe lay of the clicking for a bit ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
