Sore throat with white bump on tonsil? What is it? How to get rid of?!
Question: Sore throat with white bump on tonsil!? What is it!? How to get rid of!?
I've already had this twice this year!. Both times they said it was not strep (yes, I was tested), but put me on amoxicillin both times and even gave me a shot the last time!.!.!. and now it is back again!. What could this possibly be and why does it keep coming back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like tonsilitis!.!. imflammation of the tonsils!.!. the white spots indicate some type of associated bacterial infection cleared easily with antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have a sore throat, which can easily be fixed with a simple throat spray or cough drop, give your vocals a break and take on the strong silent persona!.!.!.
it could be a form of strep you may wan tot get a second oppinion from a different doctor (I say that because you say it keeps coming back)!.!.!.and if your doctor is already given you antibi's then you will want to make sure you are taking the meds as perscribed even if you think you are better!.!.!.
it could also be tonsilitis!.!.!.chances are it's not because you would have rediculous swelling and would be better off going to an emergency room!.!.!.

There is a small posibility that you have mono or a case of herpes!.!.!.what people don't realize or rarely know is that Cold sores ARE A FORM OF HERPES!.!.!.and you can get cold sores (herpes) in your mouth!.!.!.and it flares up (as does mono) which could explain why it keeps coming back!.!.!.
Watch what you eat, call your broker and buy stock with the Halls company, and get a second oppinion from a doctor!.!.!.

I get bad sore throats all the time too with the bumps and white patches and 80% of the time it isnt strep!.!. try using this stuff called theraflu for sore throats (its at any store like walmart walgreens stop&shop big y) !.!. you just boil some water and mix it is !.!. it kind of tastes like hot apple cider and it seems to relieve my sore throat for a little while!.!.!. also brush your teeth a lot like 5 - 6 times a day it will help to get rid of the bacteria infection on your tonsils!.!.!. use mouth wash too and gargle!.!. they say warm salt water helps too if you gargle with it!.!. doesnt work for me but you never know! !.!. but try the theraflu stuff!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be tonsil stones!. They arnt seroius, they can be caused by food build up back there and over time they will fall out or you can pick them out with a toothbrush or something!. Ive had them before and they can also cause bad breath!. You will be fine unless ur throat hurts really bad then it could be an infection!.
